Over all, I am please with the products, the shipping and price. I do find it difficult to contact anyone when I have a question though, it seem's like the phone line is always busy. And occasionally the web site is hard to connect to. Otherwise I am happy.

The worst yet. Processing took 3 weeks due to CI’s mistaken failure to recognize my updated on record prescription. Even after an additional copy was sent the customer service rep still denied the prescription was updated.

I have had a good experience with Canadian insulin and the products I ordered is great - however, my problem is in the delivery here in the US, the order comes USPS and the delivery person never attempts to deliver, we always have to go to post office and pick up!
