Your company has a real issue with customer service. Throughout the 3 week process, it was nearly impossible to obtain information about the status of the order. Phone calls went unreturned. Emails were ignored. Social media posts went unanswered. Deal with this company only if you’re prepared to be kept in vacuum for several weeks wondering what’s happening.
The meds work the way they are supposed to work. A1C is down as well as my daily blood counts.

I ordered my Truity 1.5 on December 1. My order did not arrive until December 20th. I made numerous phone calls trying to get my medication on time. My medication arrived on the Dec. 20th. I did not have my medication for two weeks. When my medication did not arrive I called Canadian insulin about my order, I was told the discount did not get applied so the order did not get processed. I asked for the medication to be expedited if that was possible. My previous orders from Canadian insulin have all arrived on time.

I was on ozempic and that worked incredibly well. A month on this and I had constant food cravings and my blood sugars were all out of whack again.
