We offer Flat Rate Shipping to all contiguous US states for Canadian Insulin customers. You’ll pay $15 for dry products and $35 for cold products. However, shipping to destinations such as Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may need additional charges. We want to assure you that our team works closely with licensed pharmacies in Canada to provide the highest level of quality and service. Even with the flat shipping rates included in your order, you’ll still enjoy substantial savings on your prescription.

We take great care to ensure that all orders requiring cold shipping are packed in medical-grade, refrigerated gel pack containers to maintain the highest quality of your products. However, please be advised that unforeseen conditions such as weather, climate, and political issues may cause some delays in delivery. Nevertheless, all insulin can survive for up to 30 days at room temperature, so you can rest assured that your order will arrive in good condition.
Shipping Times
Most Express shipments take 3 to 5 business days to arrive after your order has been verified, processed and shipped. Estimated shipping times for all other shipping services are indicated in the table above.
When will my order arrive?
Once we successfully verify your prescription, we are committed to delivering your order within the estimated delivery times for all shipping method.
However, the following situations may cause delays in delivery:
- Your order form was incomplete.
- You did not support your order with a valid prescription that is signed by a registered doctor.
- Your doctor/ clinic was not available to verify your prescription.
- Your order form was illegible.
- Your credit card information was invalid.
- Your card company denied the transaction made in a foreign country.
- You made the payment with a certified check or US money order.
- Unforeseen circumstances like poor weather conditions, holiday seasons, political unrests may cause delays.
- Please note that U.S. Customs and the FDA may inspect and detain your shipment, which can cause delays of up to 30 days. While we will assist you to the best of our ability, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting delays.
How Can You Avoid Delays?
- Complete your order forms with correct information. If you choose to send your forms by mail, ensure you have signed the form.
- Make sure your prescription is signed by your doctor.
- Please ensure that any international blocks on your credit card account are removed prior to placing your order. We recommend that you contact your credit card company in advance to make the necessary arrangements.
- Avoid paying by certified check, or US money order, it will take longer to process.
- Place your order in advance during holiday seasons, or when they forecast challenging weather conditions.
