To book an online doctor appointment, you must first register for an account or login. After doing so, you can book your visit on this page.

Book an appointment
Scheduling an appointment with our online booking system is easy. Pick a day and time that suits you. You’ll receive an immediate confirmation, without the wait.

Meet one of our doctors
Discuss your concerns and symptoms and receive a thorough diagnosis from one of our licensed doctors during a confidential video appointment.
Step 4
Get your prescription
If you've been prescribed medication, your Rx is sent directly to one of our licensed pharmacies and delivered directly to your door.
Important information about Appointment Payment, Rescheduling and Cancellations
Payment
Once you have successfully scheduled your appointment, you will receive an Appointment Confirmation number and link to complete your payment. It is advised to complete the payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment time. Payment is required within 24 hours from the time you create your booking otherwise your appointment will automatically cancel.
Medical Form
After payment is complete you will be asked to complete a Patient Intake Form, a brief medical history which your doctor will be able to review in advance of your appointment. It is important to complete this form as soon as possible and at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You will receive notifications to remind you.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule, you can do so any time up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment by contacting our customer care team at 1-844-560-7790 and your appointment can be rescheduled at no additional cost. Unfortunately we cannot reschedule an appointment with less than 48 hours notice.
If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so online or by contacting our customer care team up to 48 hours before your appointment time and any payment taken will be fully refunded. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.
