Once you register with us, you can browse our selection of affordable insulin and diabetes supplies. After placing an order, we work with our licensed pharmacy partners to fill/refill your prescription(s).

What is the reason behind the huge price difference between local pharmacies in the USA and Canadian Insulin?
Prices for medications are less in Canada. That is why we partner with registered and licensed pharmacies in Canada to ship your prescription, so you can save more with us.
How often should I order?
The decision on how much medication to order depends on you and your doctor. However, to maximize your savings, we recommend ordering up to a three-month supply at a time. This way, you can cover your medication needs for an entire year with just four orders, and save more on shipping costs.

How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge until 11:59 CST on the day the order was placed. The best way to cancel your order after 6 PM is by logging into your account, navigate to “My Orders”, and cancel the order. Is it legal to order my prescriptions online from Canada?
You may order a prescription medication for personal use online from Canada for up to a three-month supply, provided that you have a valid prescription from a registered physician to support your order. Please note, we meticulously verify all prescriptions before we process your order.
How often do I need to provide release forms (Customer Agreements) and valid prescriptions?
Agreeing to our Customer Agreement is a one-time requirement, which you can do during our simple registration process. Once you have uploaded your prescription, you can place an order with us. You do not need to upload a new prescription for refills on an existing valid prescription. However, please note that we will require a new prescription once your current one expires (after 1 year) or you have exhausted all of the refills available (we have processed and shipped the total number of refills indicated in the prescription).
Can my doctor send you the prescription?
Yes, your doctor can directly email us at service@canadianinsulin.com or fax it to us at 1-866-951-0118. If you would prefer, we can also reach out to your clinic with a prescription transfer request.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept payment in USD via Visa or Mastercard credit cards. Please note that we do not accept AMEX, Paypal or Crypto Currencies. In certain circumstances, we may accept payment by check or US money order, but this could cause delays in processing and shipping.
Is it safe to share my credit card number with Canadian insulin?

Do you accept insurance plans from the USA?
Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance and other medical benefits from the USA. That is because most US insurance plans do not cover medication cost claims from Canada or any other foreign country. However, we do provide receipts and invoices forever purchase you make with us.
Where are your insulin products and medications shipped from?
Many of our medications are shipped from our licensed pharmacy partners in Canada. We also source medications from other countries to give you the option to find your prescription from licensed international pharmacies providing the same medication at a different price. We do this to give you the very best price and selection on select medications and will always disclose the country of origin on the individual product page, so you are aware of options in advance of a purchase.
How do you ship cold products?
We use specifically designed, medical-grade, refrigerated gel pack containers to ship all of our insulin orders, ensuring that they remain cold during the transit. It’s important to note that insulin can survive for up to 30 days at room temperature.
When will my insulin be shipped after I place an order?
To ensure accuracy, we verify all orders before shipping them. After the order is processed, it is typically shipped within 48-72 hours. However, during peak seasons, it may take up to 5 business days to process your order.
What are the shipping charges?
Express shipping is necessary for some medications such as insulin. For this we offer Express cold-packed shipping at a rate of $35 regardless of destination within the contiguous United States. For medications not requiring cold packaging, you have the option to have your order shipped Regular Tracked Packet at a flat cost of $15 or Express Post Tracked, at $25. If I don’t receive my order, what happens?
We will reship your order for free if you do not receive your prescription within 28 days of receiving a tracking number from us. However, you will not be eligible for free shipping in case of the following situations: You provided incorrect information during placing an order Delivery was refused Package was returned to the postal outlet for pickup
Do you ship to clinics, hospitals and other businesses?
Unfortunately we do not. Our products are for personal use only.
Do you have a reward system for your customers?
As of now, we do not have a reward or point system. However, if you sign up with our newsletters, you will receive coupon codes and discounts from time to time.
How can I use my promo code?
You can find your promo codes under My Accounts>My Coupons. In most cases the promo code will automatically apply to your order. If it does not, then add the coupon code under your order summary while checking out. Please note, you cannot add more than one coupon code per order.
