Some New Products! Coming Soon…

We are happy to announce that we will have these new medications in our stock soon.

  • Wegovy: Wegovy is a new weight loss drug that was recently approved by the FDA. It contains a synthetic version of a hormone that is naturally produced in the body to regulate appetite. Clinical trials have shown that Wegovy can help people lose up to 15% of their body weight. However, it is only available by prescription and should be used in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise program.
  • Mounjaro: Mounjaro is a once-weekly, FDA-Approved injection that controls blood sugar in Type-2 diabetes by activating the GLP-1 and GIP receptors. It is available in six doses (2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg, 15 mg. It is generally prescribed with other diabetes medications like metformin, SGLT2 inhibitors, sulfonylureas and insulin glargine, and can help lose up to 12lbs in a few weeks.
  • Contrave: Contrave is a prescription medicine that is used to help manage obesity and weight loss. It works by targeting specific areas in the brain that control appetite and cravings. The active ingredients in Contrave include bupropion and naltrexone, which work together to reduce food cravings and promote weight loss. Bupropion is an antidepressant that has been shown to help reduce appetite and increase feelings of fullness. It is also used to treat other conditions such as anxiety and depression. Naltrexone is typically used to treat alcohol and opioid addiction, but it has been shown to help reduce food cravings as well. Studies have shown that Contrave can help individuals lose weight when used in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise plan. In one study, individuals who took Contrave lost an average of 8% of their body weight over the course of a year, compared to 1.6% for those who took a placebo.
