You sent my $800. plus order of Ozempic, placed in November, when the postal strike was over and never notified me until it was delivered. Unfortunately, I was not at home to receive it-- I notified you that I would not be at the home address until after 1/11/25... But the delivery agent left it, with no signature, and when we returned late 1/10, the product was at back door and had to have been frozen because of frigid weather. I did call to ask what to do, and was told NOT to use it, to dispose of it. I am still waiting on the replacement for the Ozenpic medication I paid for in November. This is not good business practice.

This company is great, as long as you do not use two codes in your checkout. Their website will allow you to do so, and their website does not explicitly state it’s not allowed. However, if use a percentage off on 3 pens, their employees will actively work to prevent you from completing your purchase. They will tell you it’s not allowed, they will not use the correct code, and then they will say that you cannot purchase 3 pens, even if you have used your prescriptions to purchase 3 pens from their company in the past. They will say you are not allowed, even if your doctor states explicitly, “please allow patient to purchase 3 pens for economic reasons.” Their ability to avoid selling you 3 pens would be impressive if you weren’t trying to buy medicine.They are a great company until they aren’t. There are other options: polarbearmeds and insulin outlet.Avoid this company.
