USice pack was melted already i do not know if the medication is still effective or no

USWell it’s been 8-9 days and I still have not received my medication It was supposed to be a branded refrigerated product and it will not be usable when I get it. Why would it not be shipped properly from the company

USPackage was delivered on first attempt. The packing was almost room temperature. I am concerned that the serum was degraded but I am using it.
