Everyone I interact with at Canadian Insulin is very friendly and I hang up the phone thinking my order is going to progress. For some reason, my last order took over a month to finally process and ship. Not sure what the issue was - I think the postal strike issue was partially slowing things down but I think it kinda got 'lost' in the system until several agents got it moving again finally. Anyway, I'll continue using CI, but I dread every order because it seems like a chore to get to the actual point of it being shipped. Hopefully my next order will go more smoothly!
