Usage Instructions:

Storage Information:

• Store unopened vials in the refrigerator at 36°F to 46°F (2°C to 8°C)
• Once opened, vials can be kept at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat, for up to 28 days
• Do not freeze or use if the insulin has been frozen
