We work hard to offer some of the lowest available cash prices on the medications our customers rely on. We regularly review our pricing because we believe access and affordability matter. If you happen to find a lower eligible price on the same product, we will review it and honor it.

HOW IT WORKS
Before placing your order
If you find a lower eligible price before placing your order, please email our Customer Service team at service@canadianinsulin.com. To help us review your request, please provide the source of the lower price, such as a website link, screenshot, or image. If the price match is approved, we will adjust the price before your purchase is completed.
After placing your order
If you find a lower eligible price within 7 days of placing your order, you may request a partial refund for the difference. To do so, please complete our Price Match form using the link below and include your order details along with proof of the lower price, such as a website link, screenshot, or image.
If your request is approved, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
To qualify
To be eligible for a price match or partial refund:
- The lower-priced item must be the exact same product, including brand, strength, quantity, country of origin, and product details.
- The lower price must be verifiable through a valid source, such as a website link, screenshot, or image.
- The product must be in stock and available for purchase on the competitor’s website, at the time of the review.
- The request must be submitted within 7 days of the order date, not the delivery date.
- The lower price must be offered by an eligible seller and not a third-party marketplace or unauthorized source.
- The lower price cannot be based on promo codes, coupon codes, membership offers, bundle pricing, clearance pricing, or other limited special offers.
