All medications are dispensed and sold solely by licensed Pharmacies. All medical decisions in telemedicine encounters are made solely by licensed Telemedicine Providers.
- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Website or participating in telemedicine services, you:
- Agree to comply with these Terms
- Acknowledge that these Terms apply to all Website and telemedicine interactions (current and future)
- Understand that these Terms do not govern the sale or dispensing of medications

You hereby appoint CanadianInsulin.com, and where applicable its affiliated service providers, Telemedicine Providers, and participating Pharmacies (collectively, “Authorized Agents”), as your authorized agents and attorneys‑in‑fact for the limited purpose of facilitating the processing of your requests, coordinating telemedicine encounters, and enabling the fulfillment of prescription‑related services.
This authorization includes, without limitation, the authority to:
- Collect, use, and disclose your personal and health information as necessary to provide services
- Transmit your medical information, prescriptions, and documentation to licensed Pharmacies, Telemedicine Providers, and other third‑party service partners
- Communicate with healthcare professionals, including your prescribing physician, Telemedicine Providers, and dispensing Pharmacies
- Facilitate the review of your medical information by a licensed Telemedicine Provider for assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, or prescription validation
- Coordinate administrative steps required to process your requests, including account verification, documentation review, and communication with fulfillment partners
- Arrange for packaging, shipment, or delivery of medications by licensed Pharmacies, where applicable under your separate customer agreement
Scope of Authorization
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Telemedicine Providers may issue clinical recommendations or validate prescriptions based solely on the information you provide, where permitted by law
- Authorized Agents act strictly as facilitators and do not assume the role of your primary healthcare provider
- CanadianInsulin.com does not dispense, sell, or ship medications and does not take title to any products
- All dispensing decisions are made exclusively by licensed Pharmacies in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards
Duration and Revocation
This authorization:
- Remains in effect until revoked by you in writing
- May be revoked at any time, except where actions have already been taken in reliance on this authorization
- Does not limit your right to seek care from any healthcare provider of your choosing
Your use of the Website or participation in telemedicine services constitutes informed acceptance of this limited Power of Attorney.
- Telemedicine Services
Telemedicine encounters may be offered through videoconferencing or similar technology. During a telemedicine encounter:
- You may see and hear the Telemedicine Provider, and they may see and hear you

By participating in a telemedicine encounter, you confirm that:
- You understand you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting future care.

- You understand that no results can be guaranteed or assured.
- You understand that privacy laws applicable to medical information also apply to telemedicine.
Your participation constitutes informed consent to telemedicine.
- Information Collection and Use
To establish and maintain your customer account, you must enter into a customer agreement during the ordering process.
You consent to:
- The collection of personal and health information
- The transmission of such information to third parties, including Pharmacies and Telemedicine Providers
- The handling of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
By providing personal information, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- Prohibited Transactions and Legal Compliance
